Background: There is a high incidence of breast cancer and cervical cancer globally in Indonesia, especially in Central Java. This is due to a variety of factors, including socio-demographics, limited access to health information, and a lack of awareness of breast cancer and cervix cancer. "Cerdik Ceria" is an acronym in Indonesia for "cara edukasi digital tiktok cek sadari dan iva" where TikTok is used for health promotion and reducing barriers to early detection, such as feelings of shame and lack of family support. Objective: To see the difference in the average knowledge of women of childbearing age before and after the CERDIK CERIA intervention about SADARI and IVA checks. Methods: The research used a pre-experimental design without a control group and T-tests Dependent for data analysis—sampling using consecutive sampling technique with a sample size of 79 people in the intervention. The tool used to know the score of knowledge in pre- and post-intervention is a questionnaire, which is done through validity and reliability tests before use. Results: In 79 respondents, there was a difference in the average score before and after the CERDIK CERIA intervention on the knowledge of breast self-examination check and IVA check in women of childbearing age in the working area of Dayeuhluhur II Health Center with a value of p (0.00) <0.05. Conclusion: There is a relationship between the effectiveness of the use of "CERDIK CERIA," a digital education method of TikTok, in increasing knowledge about breast self-examination (SADARI) and visual inspection checks (IVA). Implications for Nursing: Education through social media, especially TikTok, can provide more interesting and easily accessible information for young and productive age groups.
